Club Development and moving forwards

Plymouth Firebirds have been offered (and we have accepted) a place in Div 2 in the Plymouth and District Netball League, this is great news for our developing youngsters to give them some insight into senior netball for the future, it is a huge step for young players to go from junior netball to senior netball and dipping their toes into senior netball on occasions will be the platform that we need for them to bridge that gap.
Unforunately, we have 2 teams in Prem A which is not what we wanted, whilst this looks good on paper it does not help our development as a club and future players and wasn't a decision made by us!
That said, we are a club who are up for a challenge!
